These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 37barrelsandbars.co.uk and any orders, hire bookings or services you arrange with 37 Barrels and Bars (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

37 Barrels and Bars is a sole trader business operating from 14 Market St, Lutterworth, LE17 4EH, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@37barrelsandbars.co.uk or on 07469 730658.

2. Quotes and Orders

All prices listed on our website are guideline prices. A formal quote will be issued once we’ve discussed your specific requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated. An order is only confirmed once we have received written acceptance and any required deposit.

3. Custom Builds

Every barrel bar and custom piece is handcrafted to order. As authentic ex-whisky barrels are heritage materials, minor variations in colour, grain and finish are expected and form part of the character of each build. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before delivery. Standard build lead times are typically 4–6 weeks, though this may vary by project — we will confirm timings in your quote.

4. Hire Bookings

Standard hire is for a 3-day weekend period (Friday delivery, Monday collection) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hire bookings require a confirmed event date and full payment in advance. A refundable damage deposit may also be required for higher-value items.

You are responsible for the safe keeping of hired equipment from the point of delivery to the point of collection. Any damage, loss or theft during the hire period will be charged at the full replacement value of the item.

5. Delivery and Setup

We offer UK-wide delivery. Delivery and setup is included with hire bookings within agreed regions; charges for purchased items will be confirmed in your quote. You are responsible for ensuring safe vehicle access to the delivery point and a suitable area for setup. We’ll always do our best to meet agreed delivery windows but cannot accept liability for delays caused by factors outside our control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Custom builds: as items are made to order, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, your deposit may be refunded less reasonable administration costs.

Hire bookings: cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will be refunded in full. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before will be refunded 50%. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though we’ll try to reschedule where possible.

7. Use of Equipment

All bars, tap systems and accessories must be used only for their intended purpose. Hired equipment must not be modified, repainted or re-branded without our written agreement. Where bars include gas or compressor systems, only trained personnel should operate them.

8. Warranty

Purchased items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or any modification carried out by a third party. Reasonable evidence (photos, description) will be requested to assess any claim.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order or hire is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant goods or services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or business losses.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — photography, copy, designs and branding — is owned by or licensed to 37 Barrels and Bars. You may not reproduce, copy or republish material from this site without our written permission. Where you supply us with logos or artwork for a custom build, you confirm you have the right to use that artwork and authorise us to apply it to your build.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. For any existing orders or bookings, the version in effect at the time of order will apply.
